The brief
Bahrain Bay is a landmark waterfront development combining residential, commercial and hospitality towers around a curated shoreline. A masterplan model needs to read clearly from across a sales gallery while rewarding a closer look with genuine architectural detail.
Alfaa Graph built the district to scale with individual towers, landscaped public realm and a finished base engineered for the room — the kind of overview model a sales team uses to orient every visitor within seconds.
