The brief
Diyar Al Muharraq is a master-planned island community spanning multiple districts. At 1:2500 on a 160 × 200 cm base, the model gives a commanding overview of the entire development while keeping districts and phases legible.
Nineteen independent LED zones let the sales team light a district, a phase or a single parcel on cue — turning a static overview into a live presentation tool that responds during a pitch.
