The brief
Layan Resident, developed by MABAN, is a 44,000 m² mixed-use community of 808 apartments alongside a stadium and club on the Jubail–Dhahran Expressway. The model needed to communicate density, amenity and community scale to buyers across a large sales floor.
Alfaa Graph delivered the full community to scale — buildings, amenities and landscaped public spaces — as a clear, durable overview model for the developer's sales gallery.
